How to implement internal Democracy in schools.

How to live democracy in the class room:-
The ambition to teach democracy and to foster Democratic citizens played a central role in the development of education in many European countries after the second world war. Democracy and democratic values have also had a prominent position in curriculum of many developed countries. But are such objectives possible and and if so how is the teaching and fostering carried out in schools?
The study presented in this article focuses on how democracy comes to life in the class room, on the way Democratic principles are reflected in action and attitude. I want to elucidate the knowledge of democracy that can be observed in the pupils everyday work and in the teaching actions that promote democracy in that work.
Implementation of Internal Democracy in Schools.:-
(1)
We should include
democratic behaviour and attitude that can be observed during the lesson.
(2)What teacher can do to support the way democracy comes to life in every day work in the class room and school.
Methodology to implement Internal Democracy in Schools:-
(1) Stress should be given of taking field notes during observations to be used as source to describe social and interactive process in a broad rich and coherent way.
(2)Students should be taught to express the thoughts in legal frame work.
(3)students should be taught to accept difference of opinion on any topic.
(4)Teachings in the schools should be linked to real life situation
(5)School should teach them to resolve conflict in peaceful manner with fellow students and teachers.
(6) Educational Excursions should be   given utmost importance to understand  concept of science and technology.
(7)Adminstrative decisions in schools should be taken in most democratic way.
(8)One of the objectives of school education is to make more informed future   citizens, in order to do this we should also introduce opinion polls and elections in schools.
(9)School cabinet should be formed, which will be responsible to Youth Parliament in schools.
(10)Kind of School Election commission should be formed which will regulate election process in school.
(11) As the New Education Policy students should be given choice to change and select their teachers.
(12)School cabinet should be formed with topper students from various descipline.
(13)In day to day functions  of school students participation should be  encouraged.
