Benefits Of Drinking Water

: God keep water on earth because without it,all jwels are useless.What do you ,the trees humans and animals have in common.All we need is water..All living things must have water to survive. Without water ,our body would stop working properly. Water makes up more than half of our body weight ,and a person can not survive for more than a few days without it.Our body has lots of important jobs and it needs water to do many of them.For instance ,our blood ,which contains a lot of water carries oxygen to all the cells of your body.Without oxygen ,those tiny cells would die and our body would stop working. Water is also in lymph ,a fluid that is part of our immune system, which help us fight off illness.Water helps keep our temprature normal. We need water to digest our food and get rid of waste.Water is needed for digestive juices,urine and poops.And one can bet that water is the main ingredient in perspiration ,also called sweat. up to 60% of the human adult body is water.The brain and heart are composed of 73% water, and the lungs are about 83% water.The skin contains 64%water,muscles and kidneys are 79%/and even the bones are watery(31%) Any fluid we drink will contain water,but water and milk are the best choices.Lot of foods and fruits contain water .Vegetables also contain a lot of water. H̲o̲w̲ M̲u̲c̲h̲ I̲s̲ E̲n̲o̲u̲g̲h̲ ̲Because water is so important ,one might wonder if you are drinking enough .There is no magic amount of water that kids need to drink every day.The amount kids need depends on their age,body size ,health and activity level ,plus the weather. Usually kids drink something with meals and should definitely drink when they are thirsty.But if you are sick,or it is warm out or you are exercising, you will need more.Be sure to drink some extra water when you are out in warm weather, especially while playing sports or exercising. Time for drinking water is also important. If you are going to sport practice ,a game ,or just working out or playing hard,drink water before, during and after playing. Don't forget your water bottle.One can't play best when he or she are thinking about how thirsty you are! When your body doesn't have enough water ,that's called being dehydrated. Dehydration also can keep you from being as fast and as sharp as you would like to be.A bad case of dehydration can make you sick.Drinking water frequently not only hydrate you but will refresh you with no calories. Our body regulates the amount of water in our system. The body holds on to water when you don't have enough or gets rid of it .If you have too much .if your pee is very light yellow, It is probably time to drink up If you keep yourself properly hydrated,your body will be able to do all of its wonderful ,waterful jobs and you will feel great.
