Moreover, she says that if one will cry out in pain, it may be of no use as the leapord will not stop attacking him. Then she moves on to the bear that she says will hug very tightly. This is the way to recognize a bear as it kills a person by hugging him very tightly. So she says that the bear will continue to hug is tightly and that is the only way to recognize him. After this, she ask a question to the readers that do they know how to recognize beasts that hunt their prey. Here she explains about hyenas which she thinks have a smiling face and the crocodile that have tears in their eyes. This can be seen when they are killing their prey. The last one in the list is the Chameleon. She says that it is Lizaard -like creatures which doesn't have ears and wings just like a lizards. Only this can help you diffrentiate between a lizard and chameleon. She further says that the chameleon has a quality of changing colours according to color of the surface. Unexpected Opportunities (English )

Greatest part of fortune is that utilised the opportunity when it comes. But Problems!This is one of the many negative words that we use regularly in our daily conversation.'Problems at work, problems at home, what a life.?            ....       What is a problem?      Look at this incident, After a long wait, a young graduate got a job as a journalist. The chief editor said "Today is independence Day. A navy vessel has docked in our harbour.Navy personal are celebrating independence Day on that vessel. Cover this as a news item for our magazine.            First day, first assignment. The young man ran excitedly towards the  harbour. In the evening, while all the reporters gathered in the office to file their reports, the new journalist was sitting there without writing anything.. One of his colleages asked him gently"Why aren't you writing your reports?"  It is all my luck. The very first day, the editor sent me to cover independence Day celebrations on Nevy vessel.There were no celebration on that vessel. There was a big hole in that vessel. They were busy repairing the vessel. How on earth could they celebrate independence Day? said the new journalist. His colleague was excited "My God!That news should come on first page."He said and ran out to collect further information on that mishap. The very information that made the new Journalist wilt in sorrow because he   viewd it as a "problem' was a golden opportunity for the other to prove his talent.                    .       Life is not something that happens according to a planned agenda. It is a procession of unexpected opportunities.                  The Buddha was walking through a forest. The woodcutters who were cutting wood nearby ran to him. and said, stop, please stop!There is a terrible demon in the forest, a canibal. After killing the person, he. cut off the thumb and keeps it safe. So far he has collected 999 thumbs. He needs just one more to make it 1000.Then he plans to string them all up and wear them around his neck. So please do not go to forest. If you go, it would be s big problem for you.       To that, the Buddha replied "I would get  no better opportunity than this."and entered deep into the forest. As expected, the demon felled a huge branch of a banyan tree and appeared in front of the Buddha in a cloud of dust. But the Buddha wasn't frightened', he stood strong, firm and साइड "If killing me gives you pleasure, please do so, I accept the fact that you are really strong. But one thing, though you have the strength to break a branch of tree, you can never attach it back to that tree. You know the art of destroying, i know the art of joining" More than his words, the truth and compassion touched the demon deeply. After that, he became the Buddha's disciple. He was Angulimal. The Demon was not a "problem' for the Buddha:instead it was an opportunity to protect the villagers from further misery.  How many of today's opportunities will you recognise? How many of them will you be willing to make use of? Every problems you come across is an opportunity to create value. Each passing moment comes with an opportunity to do useful work., to learn to make positive difference in some way. Every frustration gives you the opportunity to strength your patience.. Every awkward situation provides an opportunity to add to your confidence.. Every challenge represent an  opportunity to hone your skill. Every setback delivers the opportunities to become more determined and persistent. Every person you encounter present you with opportunity for kindness. Every disagreement can serve as an opportunity for deeper ubderstanding.

Weight Gain (English )

To gain weight, choosing the right method is difficult. For thin people, it is very easy to start eating food full of fat to gain weight quickly, but it is an unhealthy and dangerous way. For that we need complete weight gain meal plan that should consist of whole multi -grain, vegetables, fresh fruits, protein and diary products.             Body types :There are three types of bodies. and one is ectomorph. Ectomorph individual s can eat any portions and still find it difficult to gain weight and muscles. No amount of food help them put on weight. A slight modification can help them.                      Calories :-Increase calories in your diet. Add 500 plus Calories to your daily meal. From your regular food start adding one more portion. For example, if you eat two chapatis per meal--eat three and stuff it, with high fibrous vegetables like bottle gourd, spinach, potato etc. You can also stuff it with paneer or combine chapati with two sabzi, one lentil and curd.                 Meal Ideas:Early morning :- Have two spoons of ghee with turmeric and black pepper. Gchicken/calorie-rich which helps to increase your daily calories and the combination will  help you with digestion, joint pain and improving skin.  Breakfast:-Protein based smoothies(Dairy/nut milk+ oats+Nuts and seeds+protein suplement+honey)+4 whole eggs+2 Banana or Stuffed potato chapati(3)+Mix vage subzi+Mix veg achar +Milk        .......                 Brunch:-4-5 servings of fruits+ nuts and seeds+1tall glass of butter milk.                Lunch:Any 2 subzi+ dal+stuffed chapathi(3)                     Evening :-Grilled paneer /chicken/Boiled eggs+Saute veggies+Protein shake.                    ...... Plan for 3meals and 2-3snacks each day.   (b)Quick snack ideas--Rajma rolls, paneer rolls, soya rolls, Cheese, yoghurt and fruit, peanut butter toast, fruit and nut mixes, hard boiled eggs, tuna or egg salad.        (c)Quick Meal ideas-- baked potato topped with chilli, vegetable and rice stir-fry, chicken or taco, quesadilla, dal soup .        Between meals and snacks: (a)Save your appetite for planned, meals and snacks. Avoid eating little bits of food all day long (b)Drink water between  meals and snacks. Beverages fill you up and leave no room for food. (C) Limit candy, chips, cake, cookies, and sweetened beverages. These foods provide little nutrition and can ruin your appetite for meals. (D)include physical activity each day. Light exercise improves appetite.

निशानेबाज अवनि लेखारा ने सोमवार को इतिहास रच दिया क्योंकि वह पैरालिंपिक में स्वर्ण पदक जीतने वाली पहली भारतीय महिला बन गईं, उन्होंने टोक्यो पैरालिंपिक 2021 में आर -2 महिलाओं की 10 मीटर एयर राइफल स्टैंडिंग एसएच 1 इवेंट में पोडियम के शीर्ष पर अपनी जगह बनाई।  जयपुर के 19 वर्षीय, जिन्होंने 2012 में कार दुर्घटना में रीढ़ की हड्डी में चोट लगी थी, ने विश्व रिकॉर्ड के साथ कुल 249.6 की बराबरी की, जो एक नया पैरालंपिक रिकॉर्ड भी है।  वह तैराक मुरलीकांत पेटकर (1972), भाला फेंक खिलाड़ी देवेंद्र झाझरिया (2004 और 2016) और हाई जम्पर मरियप्पन थंगावेलु (2016) के बाद पैरालंपिक स्वर्ण जीतने वाली चौथी भारतीय एथलीट हैं।  हर्स पहला निशानेबाजी पदक भी है जिसे भारत ने शोपीस प्रतियोगिता में दर्ज किया है।  पहले महिलाओं की 10 मीटर एयर राइफल स्टैंडिंग में पांचवें स्थान पर, टोक्यो पैरालंपिक खेलों में लखारा की पहली उपस्थिति है।  लखारा के पास और पदक जीतने का मौका है क्योंकि वह तीन अन्य स्पर्धाओं में भाग लेंगी।  उत्तरी राज्य राजस्थान में एक कानून की छात्रा, 2012 में एक बड़ी कार दुर्घटना के बाद उसकी कमर के नीचे लकवा मार गया था।  वह उस समय 11 वर्ष की थी।  यह उनके पिता थे जिन्होंने उन्हें खेल के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया।  19 वर्षीया को तीरंदाजी में भी प्रशिक्षित किया जाता है, हालांकि शूटिंग उसकी अंतिम कॉलिंग बन गई।  रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक, उन्होंने अभिनव बिंद्रा, जो शूटिंग, बायोग्राफी में भारत के पहले गोल्ड मेडलिस्ट हैं, को पढ़ने के बाद खेलों में कदम रखा।
