Time and work (English)

We often feel work pressure.We have lots of things to complete in very little time.Sometimes it is necessary to rush through a task or an experience.Most of time it is not,and our excessive haste can be counterproductive.         We deserve the experience of savouring whatever we do.Our work benefits when we can focus on it without the constant pressure to get it finished quickly.No ,that is not always possible.Yet there are often ways for us  to make it possible. Do what you can to give the important things in your life in sufficient time.Time is highly valuable and confers it's value to those endeavours upon which it is generously bestowed.Life unfolds at a certain pace.If you race too far ahead of that pace,You miss out on much of life's richness.                                    Give your work,your relationship, your dreams,adventures, and advancement the time they require.Let our life benefit benefit from those treasures that only sufficient time can bring forth.When we act out of need, we are acting from perspective of weakness. When we act out of authentic choice,we make ourself much stronger and more effective. Certainly there are things we must have to survive and prosper .Yet we can choose to put ourself in a position where those things are available to us in abundance. Get out in front of our needs,and transform them into choices,Instead of needing them,we can have them and benefit from them.As much as possible, put yourself in a position of power by choosing to meet your obligations before they become needs.Instead of needing more money at the end of the month,choose from the beginning of the month to earn more or spend less,or both.Need puts us in  a position of desperation and weakness. It initiates a negative momentum that intensifies and further deepens the need.Choose to be proactive and finish the problems before they arise.

Knowing and Doing(Chinese)

Aber lassen Sie sich nicht von der immensen Fülle blenden, die gerade jetzt ist.  Arbeite an deinen Plänen, erfülle deine Verpflichtungen und erfülle deine Pflichten.  Tun Sie dies alles aus einer positiven und authentischen lebendigen Präsenz.  Entdecke immer wieder, dass Freude jetzt ist. Lebe die Realität, dass wahres Glück dir gehört, sobald du dich entscheidest, es aus dir fließen zu lassen. We have many times heard popular saying that pan is mighter than sword.In my view art of writing is the greatest art one can learn.According to francis Becon "Writing makes us exact". From the ancient times we have a written records of famous kings. Inscription of many dynasty ,makes their memories live. Memoirs of many tourist visiting our country,give the living proof of history .                                      Literature is said to be mirror of our society,We can view societies of past and present.                                             We can express our feelings by writings only.Earlier princes used to send pigeons to transmit messages. With the advent of technology, messaging becomes more easier.Artificial intelligence helps us to choose good words and grammatical,spelling errors are automatically corrected.    It is high time we can use platform, like google,blogs to promote global understanding.We have many social media platforms   from where we can spread message of love and well being of humanity in this troubled time.Great message of indian  culture that whole world is our family, can be spread across the continents.                                      I am also doing my best to.connect  globally by writing inspirational blogs. With the help of available tools,I translate these articles in languages of many  countries. I need support of you to share these ideas so that we can create global community which loves non violence and mutual understanding by power of writing.
