In this time of pandemic our health is very important.  We should carefully plan our health activities. As usual morning walk is very important as it helps in consuming fresh  oxygen which is very important nowadays.Indian yogic practices of Pranayam is also very important in reaching oxygen to body cells.                                                                 Secondly we should take care about our eating habits. Hands should be properly sanitized and cleaned before eating. Better spoon and other utensil should be used to eat. To maintain immunity we should take proper balancedd diet. Food should contain vitamin C which is solely available in lemon and citrus juice..It is good if we replace tea by milk with turmeric poweder. It has a curcumine which is a  great immunity booster. Investment in air and. Water purifier is worth to realise. Always wear double mask when we go out of our homes.                    We should keep these items in home.Thermometer, pulse oxymeter, steam vaporiser, warm water to drink..
