Be valuable person

 We often find the people wth same  qualifications ,earning differently. They have different social status. The basic reason I found  behind this is one who constantly work on himself,get more money and stature in society.  Here are some points ,which I noticed in person of value in  society.                                                (1) Improved personal philosophy-Valuable person,constantly working on his personal growth by improving his her vision and philosophy. In my childhood ,I often saw my parants not to give me money on the pretext that I May misuse money or go on a wrong way. But I was not taught using money effectively and wisely Our. Vision and philosophy regarding money needs to be changed.  Financial literacy I essential for all of to get success in life. Many people have a ample resources but they don't know how to use them . One wise man says "India is a rich country where poor people lives" Finance is necessary factor before planning any projects. Valuable person always work on Projects and by working  by own philosophy ,get success in them.                                 (2)Learn from personal and others experience.- Valuable person always try to get new experience and using these experience for the personal growth and growth of organisation where he is working.He realises that life is too short and by reading, observing and discussing with high achiver , he gets benefit of others experience.   (3)Believe in writing ,not on memory- Valuable person  always take a note of valuable points when he attend any training ,saminar and workshop.While doing success planning ,He used these notes and go for successful implementation of any project. Never rely too much on memory.: (4) Be a selective listener. Valuable person is always be good and attentive listener. He always listen to successful people passionately . He always give chance to other person before speak and learn others point of view..He is also a selective listener. He always have a list of great speakers   Because of that he is always highly motivated and inspired.                                      (5)Reader of good books.Books are always a good friend for valuable person. Trends in society and  economic scenario change constantly. Valuable person always upgrade himself by reading books which gives him correct insight of development in his professional  and personal field.                                               (6) Collect Information. Valuable person loves to play with data .He has good statistics about his future plans. He always collect information which will help him to improve his work. He is fully aware of development  in his field.                                   (8) Not lazy in learning - Valuable person is always enthusiastic in learning new things. Learning new knowledge and skill always make him ahead in his field. He is consistence in learning and persistent in utilising new knowledge.                            (9)Invest in future.Life constantly gives challanges like presently we are facing 

by pandemic. Always save some money for the future emergency in life . Investment in Education, is the best investment. Difficult time is always good for planning for future.                         (10)Decide what you want. -We come across many people, who is not sure what they want. Goal setting is a skill which one should know. We should be clear about what we want. This clarity makes us successful in life.And  always help to get target and make us valuable for self, family and society.                       (11)Be a leader. Valuable person always take initiatives   .He always turn his ideas in to reality. Valuable person loves to work in team . When team learn to improve individual performance and learn group behavior excellence becomes reality.                                     (12) High self esteem.Valuable person has a powerful self image. He always perceive him self as capable of doing task in his hand.
