Many among us don't know the art of conversation. Even our education system teaches us to keep quite. When we step up in the practical life,we find that it is behind our many failure. I saw people quaralling even  between small chat.Art of conversation I found is very important skill which needs to be taught from basic education as it is useful everywhere.                                                                If you always dominate the conversation, you will be invited in to fewer and fewer conversation. If you always cheat at the game,very soon no one will want to play with you.It is in your own interest to restrain your own interest.Because your own well being is intervowen with well being of others..Your most rewarding goal is not to always win at any cost.. Your most rewarding goal is to develop and maintain a world where as many people as possible can win.That doesn't mean denying or opposing your own self interest. It means understanding your self interest from a broad perspective. Success is not an isolated phenomenon. Though success is built through self and individual effort.the greatest success are those that encompass and benefit the most people.                                                             Seek always to succeed in a ways that inspire and enable many others to succeed and like you.Lift up the life around you,for that is the most dependable and fulfilling way to lift your own  life as well.We must avoid danger,though not to extent that we avoid life.At  some point,the fear becomes more damaging than the things that is feared .There is some risk in everything.. Life in this earth simply can not be risk free and guaranteed. Those who truely succeed are willing to accept the risk of failure.Those who find true love have risked a  broken heart.There are risk to every action,and yet the risks of inaction can be for greater.When you hide yourself from the world,what is it you are saving? What is left to protect?The world can be a dangerous place,proceed with cautio but by all means do proceed.Take calculated risk.Put your self on the line.Don't get left behind while waiting for sure thing. Be a part of life,not afraid of it.The most stringing regrets are for things never attampted.                                                                Men is known by companey he keeps. Try to keep friendship with learned and well informed people. When serious discussion take place give your arguments well supported with sound reason. Learn to communicate with all age group. You will find when you talk with children ,how relaxing it is.When you talk to elderly how enriching it is.
