Veto power

 Veto power means that if any one of the permanent member states casts a negative vote in a pending UNSC decision the resolution cannot be approved.

Since 1992.Russia has been the feequent user of the veto ,followed by the united states and china.

THE United Security council  'VETO  POWER' IS THE power of the five permeant members of the UN Security Council members China',france,Russia,the UNITED KINGDOM ,AND THE UNITED STATES.
