Resolution And Commitment for 2023

My Commitment for 2023 which I would like to share for my readers and advise comments.For many people including me ,the comming of new year means a time of celebration, hopefulness,optimism and of course making resolutions.New years resolutions have been traditionally done at the commencement of every year apropos achieving goals and accomplishments.The commencement of the year creates more emotions and motivation to start change , because at beginning of a new year we are at the pinnacle of emotions,elated and believe that we can achieve the change we want.But with the passing of days and months, emotional elevation fades away and again we are back to normal life .One of the best ways to complete our resolution is to change our mindsets from wishing a resolution to make a commitment.In year 2023 ,these commitments will definitely help you to discover new you.
(1) Respect Time
(2) Physical fitness
(3) Develop eating habits
(4) Love Nature
(5) Practice Yoga And Meditation
(6) Read New books 
(7) Evening Dinner with family only
(8) Burn calories by daily walk.
(9) Develop New skills with high earning Potential: Trying new things can help you discover different sides of your self,boost your confidence,energise and help to conquer your fear.Utilise your free time in a constructive manner and pick up new skills while having fun at the same time.
(10) Focus on the vital things
(11) Be real.: Generally,we invest our energy in becoming others, forgetting the fact that that copycats never become successful and clones don't become game changers.So stay original as you are unique in this world.
(12) Spent money cautiously.
(13) Refreshing Regularly.
(14) Stop procrastination
(15) Get more quality sleep.
(16)Drink green tea.
(17) Do charity 
(18) Plan Every thing
(19) Make digital Detox day:We are living in age of digital disruption.Try to make Sunday out of digital world.Stay connected with family and friends face to face.No face book Twitters and WhatsApp.Be yourself and enjoy.

(21) Avoid negative people 
Let's surround ourselves with people who inspire and motivate us. Let's find the support and help that we need to accomplish what we want. As we move forward, let's give ourselves permission to make mistakes, to expect setbacks without feeling guilty, without beating ourselves up. Often, the changes we want occur gradually. Let's rest if we have to, but never quit. A year from now, let's look back on all of our accomplishments and have the satisfaction of saying, "Wow, it wasn't easy but it was worth it!

(23) Learn gratitude.: Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions,build strong relationships and it significantly change your life.
(24) Get Earning from WhatsApp,U -Tube , Blogger, Google Meet.

Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future. Putting our time and effort in activities and investments that will yield a profitable return in the future is what we should be aiming for. Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. "You're not going to remember those expensive shoes you bought ten years ago, but you will remember every single morning when you look at your bank account that extra 0 in there. I promise, that's going to be way more fun to look at everyday", I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life too...
