Function of the committee
(1) Planning, commitee formation
(2) Define event name, objectives themes, venue date , timeline, invitation list and expected audiences.
(3) Secure funding from other state department/government grants (DAPST/TSP) , CSR sponsorship, and crowd funding.
(4) Form various sub committee for effective implementation of NSG conclave.
(5) Finalize event framework and timeline
(6) Develop IEC materials with Ministry of Tribal affairs logo and Janjatiya Gaurav varsh branding.
