Objective                                                                        (1) celebrating Janjatiya Gaurav Varsh through a high impact national programme on Self Help Group .                                                                            (2) Show causing tribal talent through Tribal SHG .                                                                         (3) Insuring And fostering empowerment of Tribal SHG  .                                                                  (4) Building a global brand for tribal art, culture, heritage and entrepreneurship.               
(5) The event will address following topics.           (1) Socio -Economic Development                             (2) Education and Skill Development                    (3) Innovation and Entrepreneurship                         (4) Art, culture , language , and Heritage                 (5) Health and well being                                             (6) Environmental sustainability

Function of the committee: 

 Marketing strategy: Use social Media, email newsl, flyers, and partner organisations to promote the events . (2) Ragistration Process: Set up an online registration platforms to manage attendance effectively.
(3) The Ministry of Tribal Affairs logo shall be prominently featured on all banners and hoardings  related to events.
(4) Each state  shall conduct a pre- press release and submit news paper clipping and HD photograph to the Ministry of tribal Affairs on the designated web portal of। JJGV ie https://adiprasaran. tribal. gov .in / jjgv/ for documentation and publicity.
(4) Advertising of National level events in National Dailies and public spaces in Delhi to be done. State TRIs may reach out to the State Houses located in Delhi for wider outreach .
(5) Social Media to be widely  used with an objectives to multiply the outreach of the JJGV celebrations.
(6) Hoarding and banners shall be displayed in key location  , including metro stations , state government offices etc to ensure broad public visibility and awareness about the event within the state.
(7) Event Branding: (1) Visual Identity: Ministry of Tribal Affairs logo and Janjatiya Gaurav Varsh branding mandatory on all IEC materials.
(2) Naming of events and tagline: Eye - catching event name and impactful tagline. (3) Branded collateral: T - shirts , badges , eco - friendly  bags and calendars. (4) IEC Materials with Ministry logo and Janjatiya Gourav Varsha Branding : Backdrops, podium Branding , standees, selfie points , hoardings, newspaper ads, scheme awareness flyers / brochures, invitation card etc.
