Health plan is often neglected area.We take care of our diet but don't change our lifestyle.When we change our life style,then we start feeling difference.It needs proper health plan to have a healthy life.It is good that we should discuss some components of one's health plan. (1)Make healthy eating a daily habit.:We should focus on choosing foods that are holistic, nourishing and pleasanting.Opt for easy to use,nutritious products.Ensure a balanced diet of fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables for vitamins,minerals and anti oxidants.Balance these with whole grains and healthy fats.Meet your daily Protein intake and plenty of water. (2)Add physical activity in your daily routine.:We should make exercise,activity and moment, a part of our daily routines.Even a relaxing walk or jog with favourite music,dance and yoga class can be good starting point.Cycling, playing sport,Even playing with children is also beneficial. (3)Make sleep a priority :We should aim to get adequate restful sleep every night.It is during this time that the body repairs and recovers.Essential harmones that also aid weight loss are at play during sleep.insufficiency in sleep have a detrimental impact on physical. mental and emotional health. (4) Managing stress level.: Constant Stress can pose serious health problems on us.Stress causes an increase in Cartisol and adrenaline levels which influences blood pressure, heart rate ,eating habits,sleep pattern, blood sugar,fat ,metabolism,, and immunity. Long term stress can also increase risk of heart attack or stroke and contribute to depression.Relaxing,Breathing deeply, enjoying favourite activity, spending time with loved ones, is beneficial. Connect with people and elevate your social life.Observe things which helped you in time of trouble and maintain a gratitude diary.Make a list of things you have done differently and worked.Keep the big picture in your mind at all time.This will keep you on track.
