Inspirational Stories -1

Once upon a time there was a big tree on the banks of the Ganga. Many birds live on it.An eagle used to live on it.An eagle used to live in the biggest hole of the same tree.Due to old age and loss of eyesight,it was difficult to gether food.Seeing the eagle ,the birds on the tree took pity and gave some of the food they had brought to it. Apparently the eagle was protecting the young of the birds when they went out for food. One day the birds went for food. The cat sensed this and climbed the tree to eat the birds eggs.Seeing the cat ,the baby birds screamed in fear .Hearing these screams, the eagle realised that the chicks were in danger and went to them"Who are you"? Go away politely without harming the baby birds,or I will punish you," said the eagle furiously. The cat was afraid of the eagle's words.Sir I have taken birth as a cat because of many sins .Now I am enlightened and have given up eating meat.I have come with the hope of learning the path of righteousness, except that I have no evil thoughts in my mind.Accept me as your disciple " prayed the cat.Eagle agreed to that and friendship was formed between them. From that day the cat came to the eagle every day to chat and pass the time   After a while, the cat slowly climbed up the tree and ate the birds eggs in the nest, one at a time, and dropped the feathers and bones in the nest of the tree where the eagle lived. The eagle does not know this because it has no eyes. The birds noticed that their children were disappearing and asked the eagle about this Eagle says that he knows no sin.The birds got angry and punished  and sent it away. So don't trust people you don't know by their sweet talks
