Power Of Practice (Arabic )

كم مرة عندما نشأنا سمعنا ، "الممارسة تجعل الكمال" بالنسبة لي كان كثيرًا عندما دخلت التعليم المدرسي.  لقد تعرفت على منظور محدث حول هذا الموضوع من خلال اقتباس فينس لومباردي "الممارسة لا تجعل الكمال فقط الممارسة المثالية هي التي تجعلها مثالية".
 يقول ليس براون: "كل شيء نقوم به هو التدرب على شيء أكبر مما نحن فيه حاليًا. الممارسة تؤدي فقط إلى التحسين."
 يمكن لمتخصصي التعلم والقادة الوظيفيين مساعدة الآخرين على الاستفادة من قوة الممارسة في تطويرهم المهني.  لقد جمعت بعض الأدوات لاستكشاف قوة الممارسة هذه.

 (2) نقاط القوة في الضوء: من الأسهل نقل القوة إلى المستوى التالي بدلاً من تحسين الضعف.  لذلك ساعد الآخرين على تحقيق النجاح والزخم من خلال تحديد نقاط القوة الحالية لتضخيمها من خلال الممارسة.  إن إيلاء اهتمام أكبر لما يقوم به المرء بشكل جيد يمكن أن يعزز المهارة ويجد فرصة جديدة ومختلفة لاستخدامها بشكل جيد.
 (3) اكتشف الخبرات: -
 تتحرك الحياة بسرعة كبيرة بالنسبة لمعظمنا.  وإذا لم تنتبه ، يمكن أن تمر عليك الكثير من الأفكار والتعلم.  لذا ، قم بتسهيل المحادثات التي تساعد الآخرين على التوقف وربط النقاط بين ممارساتهم والنتائج.  ستساعدهم الخبرة التي يحصلون عليها على إدراك كيف يمكن لجهودهم أن تحركهم في اتجاه التحسين.

¿Cuántas veces cuando éramos niños escuchamos, "La práctica hace al maestro" Para mí fue mucho cuando entré a la educación escolar.  Me presentaron una perspectiva actualizada sobre este tema con la cita de Vince Lombardi: "La práctica no hace la perfección, solo la práctica perfecta hace la perfección".
 Les Brown dice: "Todo lo que hacemos es practicar para algo más grande de lo que estamos actualmente. La práctica solo sirve para mejorar".
 Los profesionales del aprendizaje y los líderes funcionales pueden ayudar a otros a aprovechar el poder de la práctica en su desarrollo profesional.  He recopilado algunas herramientas para explorar este poder de la práctica.
 (1) Introduzca la Intensión: -La vida es una práctica constante.  La pregunta es: ¿Estamos practicando lo que nos sirve bien y nos permitirá mejorar?  Cuando la respuesta es "no", la razón es generalmente una falta de conciencia.  Así que preste atención a qué y cómo practican los demás.  Ayúdelos a reconocer patrones y hábitos que son útiles y no los anime a establecer una intención para qué y cómo quieren practicar en sus actividades diarias y cómo conducirán a la mejora.

 La vida avanza bastante rápido para la mayoría de nosotros.  Y si no prestas atención, muchos conocimientos y aprendizaje pueden pasar de largo.  Así que facilite conversaciones que ayuden a otros a hacer una pausa y conectar los puntos entre su práctica y los resultados.  La experiencia que adquieran les ayudará a reconocer cómo sus esfuerzos podrían llevarlos hacia la mejora.
 (4) Compañeros de práctica: -A veces, la práctica de habilidades, comportamiento e intenciones puede volverse más efectiva cuando el mejoramiento del ensayo puede ser un deporte de equipo, así que ofrézcase como voluntario, o aliéntelos a encontrar compañeros, haga un juego de roles y ofrézcales una retroalimentación significativa.
 La vida es una práctica constante.  Reconozca esto y aproveche al máximo la oportunidad momento a momento para mejorar y prepararse para "algo más grande" es una poderosa estrategia de aprendizaje.

Combien de fois quand nous grandissions avons-nous entendu," La pratique rend parfait "Pour moi, c'était beaucoup quand je suis entré dans l'enseignement scolaire.  On m'a présenté une perspective mise à jour sur ce sujet avec la citation de Vince Lombardi "La pratique ne rend pas parfait, seule la pratique parfaite rend parfait".
 Les Brown dit "Chaque chose que nous faisons est de nous entraîner pour quelque chose de plus grand que ce que nous sommes actuellement. La pratique ne fait que s'améliorer."
 Les professionnels de l'apprentissage et les leaders fonctionnels peuvent aider les autres à tirer parti du pouvoir de la pratique dans leur développement professionnel.  J'ai rassemblé quelques outils pour explorer ce pouvoir de la pratique.
 (1) Introduire l'Intension : - La vie est une pratique constante.  La question est : pratiquons-nous ce qui nous sert bien et nous permettra de nous améliorer ?  Lorsque la réponse est « non », la raison en est généralement un manque de sensibilisation.  Alors attirez l'attention sur quoi et comment les autres pratiquent.  Aidez-les à reconnaître les modèles et les habitudes qui sont utiles et ne les encouragez pas à définir une intention pour quoi et comment ils veulent pratiquer dans leurs activités quotidiennes et comment cela conduira à une amélioration.
 (2) Points forts : il est plus facile de faire passer une force au niveau supérieur que d'améliorer une faiblesse.  Aidez donc les autres à établir le succès et l'élan en identifiant les forces actuelles à amplifier par la pratique.  Accorder une plus grande attention à ce que l'on fait bien peut améliorer la compétence et trouver de nouvelles opportunités différentes de bien l'utiliser.
 (3) Explorer les expériences :-
 La vie va assez vite pour la plupart d'entre nous.  Et si vous ne faites pas attention, beaucoup d'idées et d'apprentissages peuvent vous échapper.  Facilitez donc les conversations qui aident les autres à faire une pause et à faire le lien entre leur pratique et les résultats.  L'expérience qu'ils acquièrent les aidera à reconnaître comment leurs efforts pourraient les amener à s'améliorer.
 (4) Partenaires d'entraînement : Parfois, la pratique des compétences, du comportement et des intentions peut devenir plus efficace lorsqu'elle est soutenue par l'amélioration des répétitions. Cela peut être un sport d'équipe.
 La vie est une pratique constante.  Reconnaître cela et profiter pleinement de l'occasion à chaque instant pour s'améliorer et se préparer à « quelque chose de plus grand » est une puissante stratégie d'apprentissage.

Summary :
The poem is a humorous ballad that presents a piece of writing in a funny way. A little girl Belinda is described in this poem, with many pets whom she had named. She has named the black kitten as ink, grey mouse as Blink, Yellow dog as Mustard and a coward dragon as Custard. The poet has beautifully described all these characters in the poem. He says that all of them are very brave except the dragon. But his perception changes when the dragon saves everyone from the attack of pirates on Belinda's house.

He was an American poet famous for his light verse. He was known as the producer of humorous Poetry. He received sarah josepha Hale Award in 1964.

Belinda lived in a little white house,
With a little black kitten and little grey mouse,
And a little yellow dog and a little red  wagon,
And a realio, trulio, little pet dragon.

Explanation
The poet says that once there was a little girl named Belinda. She lived in a little white house. She lived with some creatures who were her pets. They  were a black kitten, a grey mouse, a yellow dog, a little red wagon and a creature that the poet says was really and truly dragon.

The poet explain the name of all the animals that are tamed by Belinda. He says that name of black kitten is ink. The name of grey mouse is blink. The little yellow dog had yellow colour and so she calls him mustard and the dragon that was a coward means was a weakling was called custard.

Explaination
The Poet describes the dragon that it had big sharp teeth and spikes on top. This means that its Skin was pointed on the top. On the lower part it had scales were bony plates to protect the Skin. His mouth has been compared to a fireplace because it is assumed that dragons can release fire from the mouth. Even his nose is compared to a chimney which is used to pass out smoke. His feets are like a sharp knife ie: a dagger.

Jangling:to make a harsh or discordant often ringing sound keys
Robin at worm :Robin primarily rely on their keen sight and hearing. The birds are able to see worms that are close to the surface  in their tunnels 
Gulped:Swallow quickly, taken quickly
Grog:alcoholic liquor, liquor cut with water and now often served hot with lemon juice and sometime sugar.

अभ्यास की शक्ति

إذا كان سائقًا جيدًا ، أثناء قيادة السيارة يشتت انتباهه المشاهد السلبية والمزعجة التي يصادفها ويتم جذب انتباهه في اتجاهات مختلفة ، فإنه سيجعل رحلته غير آمنة مما يزيد من فرص مواجهة الحوادث.  عندما يتم تطبيق نفس المبادئ على الروح والجسد ، فأنا أيضًا بحاجة إلى الحرص ، أثناء السفر في طريق الحياة ، على عدم تشتيت انتباهي بالمشاهد التي لا تفيدني.  ز.  عندما أنظر من خلال عيني ، لست مضطرًا لالتقاط جميع الصور والمشاهد والمعلومات على طول الطريق ، وإلا فقد أواجه حادثًا.

Distraction (Spanish ) Distracción

If a good driver, While driving a car is distracted by the negative and disturbing scenes which he comes across and his attention is pulled in many different directions, he will make his journey unsafe increasing the chances of meeting with accidents. When the same principles are applied to the soul and the body, I also need to take care that, while travelling on the road of life, I am not distracted by scenes that are not useful to me e. g. When looking out through my eyes, I don't have to take in all images, scenes and information along the way, otherwise I may meet with an accident.
When listening through my ears. I don't have to take in all the words and everything that people say, otherwise I may meet with an accident. I can choose to take in what is what is useful for me, but I do not have to register distracting, negative and harmful images and words. Just like a driver, I see and understand situations and keep my eyes and ears open -it would be unsafe to ignore them completely, I need to be aware of them -but I look only for the positive in them, so that I remain  focused and am not deflected from my goal of experiencing inner contentment and bliss, while making the journey.
I,as the driver in charge of this vehicle, the body, also need to take care that I do not drive rashly i. e I learn to monitor the feelings and attitude that are transmitted outwards through my eyes, my words and my complete body language. Driving rashly i. e transmitting negative energy in this way could harm any other traveller on the road of life. When  these feelings stay positive, filled with sweetness, purity and respect, that too helps to ensure that my journey passes smoothly and enjoyably.

Si un bon conducteur, au volant d'une voiture est distrait par les scènes négatives et dérangeantes qu'il rencontre et que son attention est attirée dans de nombreuses directions différentes, il rendra son voyage dangereux, augmentant ainsi les risques d'accidents.  Lorsque les mêmes principes sont appliqués à l'âme et au corps, je dois aussi veiller à ce que, tout en voyageant sur le chemin de la vie, je ne sois pas distrait par des scènes qui ne me sont pas utiles e.  g.  En regardant à travers mes yeux, je n'ai pas besoin d'assimiler toutes les images, scènes et informations en cours de route, sinon je risque d'avoir un accident.
 En écoutant par mes oreilles.  Je n'ai pas à assimiler tous les mots et tout ce que les gens disent, sinon je risque d'avoir un accident.  Je peux choisir d'absorber ce qui est utile pour moi, mais je n'ai pas à enregistrer des images et des mots distrayants, négatifs et nuisibles.  Tout comme un conducteur, je vois et comprends les situations et je garde les yeux et les oreilles ouverts - il serait dangereux de les ignorer complètement, j'ai besoin d'en être conscient - mais je ne recherche que le positif en elles, afin de rester concentré  et ne suis pas détourné de mon objectif d'expérimenter le contentement intérieur et la félicité, tout en faisant le voyage.
 Moi, en tant que conducteur responsable de ce véhicule, le corps, je dois également veiller à ne pas conduire imprudemment i.  e J'apprends à surveiller les sentiments et l'attitude qui se transmettent à travers mes yeux, mes mots et mon langage corporel complet.  Conduire imprudemment i.  La transmission d'énergie négative de cette manière pourrait nuire à tout autre voyageur sur la route de la vie.  Lorsque ces sentiments restent positifs, remplis de douceur, de pureté et de respect, cela contribue également à garantir que mon voyage se déroule sans heurts et agréablement.
