Encourage (English)

Give Encouragement and it expands.When we encourage someone else the person who ends up with the most profound encouragement is very often we ourself..Every life is filled with unused potential. Encouragement breaks that potential loose,activate it,transform it in to all kind of good things.Even just a little bit of encouragement  can create a shift to a whole new perspective.Knowing that someone cares,feeling the reality of that caring,change the world.                                     I remember the time when I was posted as English teacher in remote area.I was given task by my principle to get 100%result in board examination particularly in English subject .I studied myself whole syllabus, previous year papers of board exams.Well planned strategy is prepared. In first quarterly exam I achieve near  about 50%result.On analysis I found some of the students who belongs to slum and poor background failed in examination.A girl whose name was Niloo was physically weak and too much afraid of my subject.According to my fellow teacher she was the weakest child in all subjects. I decided to give full attention to  that girl child.Special attention was given to her mid day meal in school.In the unit test after encouragement she wrote something in copy and after that I gave very good remark to her. Every day group reading start with her.I instructed all students to give big applaus  for her effort.Special attention was given to her writing.Everyone was surprised to see her beard result which is 85%.Constant encouragement to her made me able to achieve my target of 100%result. I got certificates from higher authorities and got posting at my favorite place.

Encouragement is contagious.One person who is encouraged will encourage many others who will themselves pass encouragement along.                 All around us are people who can benifit from your encouragement, including you.If you seek to make a difference, thats a potent opportunity for doing so.Offer encouragement. Be a positive, encouraging  force in the lives force in the lives of those around you,and in your own life as well.                Do all you can to be capable and competent, decisive,effective, successful. But don't let your whole identity get wrapped up in those things.                        You are more than your capabilities, more than your achievement. Those things are great,and important,, yet they are things you do,not who you are. No loss ,no failure, no reversal of fortune can diminish the true and unique value of you.You can do impressive things as well as humiliating things,and still your beautiful essence remains.                                         Achievement large and small are concrete expressions of the value that is your life.Yet that value is always there ,with and without the achievement. From deep inside,we feel driven to share  the value of our life.

كل المعرفة التي نالها العالم تأتي ونشأت من العقل .. التحرر اللامتناهي للكون موجود في أذهاننا ، والعقل المبتهج والمثابر والعقل القوي يشق طريقه عبر آلاف الصعوبات .. لا يوجد حد لقوة الكون.  فكلما كان العقل البشري أكثر تركيزًا ، زادت القوة التي يستخدمها في نقطة واحدة ، وإذا كان العقل شديد الحماس والتصميم ، فيمكن إنجاز كل شيء ، ويمكن أن تتفتت الجبال إلى ذرة.  التعليم هو مظهر من مظاهر الكمال الموجودة بالفعل في الإنسان ، والكتب لا حصر لها في العدد والوقت قصير لدراستها ، وسر المعرفة والحكمة ، هو أن تأخذ ما هو ضروري ، خذ ذلك وحاول أن ترقى إليه.  قد يشتري الأحمق جميع الكتب في العالم ، وستكون متحررًا ، لكنه سيكون قادرًا على قراءة هذه الكتب التي يستحقها فقط. تعلم كل ما هو جيد من الآخرين ، ولكن كونه بطريقته الخاصة يستوعبه.  ولكن لا تنسخها.  السر العظيم للنجاح الحقيقي ، السعادة الحقيقية ، هو أن الرجل والمرأة اللذان يطلبان عدم العودة ، الشخص غير الأناني تمامًا ، هو الأكثر نجاحًا.  من المحتمل أن تكون كل روح إلهية ، والهدف هو إظهار هذه الألوهية بالداخل من خلال التحكم في سلوكنا. افعل ذلك إما عن طريق العمل أو العبادة أو السيطرة النفسية أو الفلسفة - من خلال واحد أو أكثر أو كل هذه الأشياء وكن حراً ، فكل فرد هو مركز  لإظهار قوة معينة.  تم تخزين هذه القوة كنتيجة لعمل أو فعل سابق ، فنحن نتصرف وفقًا لخبرتنا السابقة وكل واحد منا يولد بهذه القوة في ظهرنا ، أولئك الذين يعملون في شيء ما بإخلاص وروح لا يحققون النجاح فقط  فيه ولكن من خلال استيعابهم في أنهم يدركون أيضًا الحقيقة الأسمى القادر على كل شيء. أولئك الذين يعملون في شيء ما بكل قلوبهم يتلقون المساعدة من الله.  تؤدي الخبرة السابقة والمعرفة والثقة بالله إلى تشكيل موقفنا.  السلوك المعقول هو شيء صغير يحدث فرقًا كبيرًا. ينتج عن موقفنا العمل الذي يحدد حظنا.

संसार ने जो भी ज्ञान प्राप्त किया है वह सब मन से आता है और उत्पन्न होता है। ब्रह्मांड की अनंत मुक्ति हमारे मन में है। हर्षित मन रहता है और मजबूत मन एक हजार कठिनाइयों के माध्यम से अपना रास्ता तय करता है। की शक्ति की कोई सीमा नहीं है  मनुष्य का मन जितना अधिक एकाग्र होता है, उतनी ही अधिक शक्ति एक बिंदु पर लाई जाती है। यदि मन तीव्र रूप से उत्सुक और दृढ़ है, तो सब कुछ पूरा किया जा सकता है। पहाड़ों को परमाणु में गिराया जा सकता है।  शिक्षा मानव में पहले से मौजूद पूर्णता की अभिव्यक्ति है। पुस्तकें संख्या में अनंत हैं और उनका अध्ययन करने के लिए समय कम है। ज्ञान और ज्ञान का रहस्य, जो आवश्यक है उसे लेना है। उसे ले लो और उस पर जीने की कोशिश करो।  एक मूर्ख दुनिया की सभी किताबें खरीद सकता है। और वे उसकी स्वतंत्रता में होंगे लेकिन वह केवल वही पढ़ पाएगा जिसके वह हकदार है। वह सब कुछ सीखो जो दूसरों से अच्छा हो, लेकिन अपने तरीके से और अपने तरीके से आत्मसात करें  यह लेकिन उन्हें कॉपी न करें।  सच्ची सफलता का, सच्चे सुख का महान रहस्य यही है कि जो पुरुष और स्त्री कोई वापसी नहीं मांगते, पूर्ण निःस्वार्थ व्यक्ति ही सबसे अधिक सफल होते हैं।  प्रत्येक आत्मा संभावित रूप से दिव्य है। लक्ष्य हमारे व्यवहार को नियंत्रित करके इस देवत्व को प्रकट करना है। इसे काम, या पूजा या मानसिक नियंत्रण या दर्शन द्वारा करें- एक या अधिक या इन सभी के द्वारा और स्वतंत्र रहें। प्रत्येक व्यक्ति एक केंद्र है  कुछ बल की अभिव्यक्ति के लिए।  यह बल पिछले कार्य या कर्म के परिणाम के रूप में संग्रहीत किया गया है। हम अपने पिछले अनुभव के अनुसार कार्य करते हैं और हम में से प्रत्येक अपनी पीठ पर इस बल के साथ पैदा होता है। जो लोग पूरे दिल से और आत्मा से काम करते हैं, वे न केवल सफलता प्राप्त करते हैं  उसमें लीन होते हैं, उसमें लीन होकर वे परम सत्य परमात्मा को भी जान लेते हैं। जो लोग अपने पूरे दिल से किसी चीज पर काम करते हैं, उन्हें भगवान से मदद मिलती है।  पिछले अनुभव, ज्ञान और ईश्वर में विश्वास के परिणामस्वरूप हमारे दृष्टिकोण का निर्माण होता है।  दृष्टिकोण छोटी

चीज है जिससे बहुत फर्क पड़ता है। हमारे दृष्टिकोण का परिणाम कर्म होता है जो हमारे भाग्य का निर्धारण करता है।

Mind and Knowledge (English)

All Knowledge that the world has ever received comes and originated from mind..The infinite liberary of universe is in our mind.The cheerful mind persevers and the strong mind hews its way through a thousand difficulties..There is no limit to the power of the human mind.The more concentrated it is,the more power is brought to bear on one point.If the mind is intensely eager and determined,every thing  can be accomplished.Mountains can be crumbled into atom.          Education is the manifestation of perfection already existing in human.Books are  infinite in number and time is short to study them.The secret of Knowledge and wisdom ,is to take what is essential.Take that and try to live up to it. A fool may buy all the books in the world.and they will be in his liberary but he will be able to read only these that  he deserve to.Learn everything that is good from others,but being it in and in one's own way absorb it but don't copy them.                                                 The great secret of true success, of true happiness,is this,the man and woman who ask for no return,the perfectly unselfish person,is the most successful. Each soul is potentially divine.The goal is to menifest this divinity within by controlling our behaviour.Do this either by work,or worship or psychic control or philosophy- by one or more or all of these  and be free.Every individual  is a centre  for the manifestation of certain force. This force  has been stored up as the resultant of previous work or deed.We act according to our past experience and each one of us is born with this force at our back.Those  who work at a thing whole heartedly  and soul not only achieve success in it but through their absorbtion in  that they also realise the supreme truth the almighty.Those  who work at a thing with their whole heart receive  help from God.                   Past experience, Knowledge, and trust in God result in our forming our attitude. Suerly attitude   is small thing which makes a big difference.Our attitude results in Action which determine  our Luck.

Effort and reward(spanish) Esfuerzo y recompensa

No se pueden tener todas las sensaciones todo el tiempo. No se pueden tener todos los placeres, comodidades, indulgencias todo el tiempo. Sí, cada vez son más posibles esas cosas. Cuando alguien espera ser recompensado por ningún esfuerzo.  no es un esfuerzo y, por lo tanto, no una recompensa real. Un trofeo en particular no solo falla en conferir autoestima, sino que obstaculiza activamente la verdadera autoestima.  El valor de la recompensa se crea al ganar esa recompensa. Effort and reward(french) Effort et récompense

On ne peut pas avoir toutes les sensations tout le temps..On ne peut pas avoir tout le plaisir, le confort, l'indulgence tout le temps.Oui, de plus en plus de telles choses sont possibles.Mais ce n'est pas parce que quelque chose est possible qu'il est souhaitable..Les moments agréables sont  agréable parce que l'on a traversé une période moins agréable et plus difficile pour obtenir le leur. Si tout ce que l'on peut expérimenter était le plaisir, cela cesserait rapidement d'être agréable.  On doit payer le prix ou on ne peut pas profiter pleinement de la récompense. Il faut faire le travail, faire des sacrifices, s'investir pour créer des résultats qui ont un sens pour nous.  Par définition, les moments exceptionnels sont exceptionnels parce qu'ils sont rares. Si nous les attendons tout le temps, et surtout si nous y parvenons d'une manière ou d'une autre, nous serons malheureux.  Nous devons nous donner la capacité de vraiment profiter de la fête en ne nous régalant pas tout le temps. La vue depuis le sommet de la montagne est plus significative lorsque vous êtes familier avec tout ce qui se trouve dans la vallée. Quand quelqu'un s'attend à être récompensé pour aucun effort.  n'est pas un effort, et donc pas de vraie récompense. Non seulement un trophée particulier ne parvient pas à conférer l'estime de soi, mais il entrave activement la véritable estime de soi.  La valeur de la récompense est créée par le gain de cette récompense. En l'absence d'effort pour la gagner, la récompense, quelle que soit la forme qu'elle prenne, n'est guère plus qu'un gage dénué de sens.  à propos de ceux qui offrent ces éloges, du monde en général. Recevoir à plusieurs reprises des biens matériels, que l'on n'a pas gagnés, nous rend dépendants et assez vite ressentis.  Les efforts peuvent échouer mais ne manquez pas de faire des efforts.  Improvisez, travaillez avec dévouement et sans aucun doute, les récompenses seront les vôtres.
