Educating boys and girls together has always been an important and stressful issue. Many parents believe that the educational process can be more effective if the classes are divided according to the gender of the students. Although same-sex schools are considered too conservative and strict in today’s times. Nevertheless, there are still supporters of this manner of education. Some parents are not in favor of a co-educational system as they feel that the presence of the opposite gender distracts the attention of students and prevents them from concentrating on studies.

On the other hand, supporters of co-education feel that as boys and girls are different, it is a valuable experience for both genders to communicate with each other. Moreover, the earlier boys and girls begin to communicate, the sooner they acquire social skills, which are crucial to communicating freely in the world. Further, if there are girls in the class, boys may well possibly try to behave better in order not to lose face in front of the girls.                                        Apart from all that has been mentioned above, educating boys and girls together helps them understand and mutually respect each other from an early stage in life. This can possibly help in building a generation that doesn’t suffer from gender bias and is open to a healthy competition even between the two genders.                                                                                          Q[a] What many parents believe?                                                                                                               Q[b] what is valuable experience for both boys and girls?                                                                    Q[c] why boys behave better in coeducation ?                                                                                      Q[d] How coeducation is helpful for both boys and girls?                                                                     Q[e] Give Suitable title of the passage?

WWE Extreme Rules 2022

WWE Crown Jewel 2022 match grades, results: Logan Paul shines, but Roman Reigns retains gold

The event takes place on Saturday, October 8, 2022, at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, marking the first Extreme Rules event to be held in October and on a Saturday, as well as the second Extreme Rules event to take place at this venue after the 2019 edition.

WWE Extreme Rules 2022 Results: Former Universal Champion makes shocking return, Ronda Rousey crowned champion

BayleyBianca Belair found a way to retain her WWE Raw Women's Championship despite interference from Bayley's stablemates, Iyo Sky and Dakota Kai, climbing the ladder to grab her title.
In Extreme Rules matches, however, using objects is practically encouraged! Players have access to a trash can that contains goodies such as a baseball bat, a crutch and a 2X4. Chairs and bells can also be used to wreck havoc on an opponent.
The Bloodline is a villainous professional wrestling stable currently performing in WWE. The stable is led by Roman Reigns and features his real-life cousins The Usos (Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso) and Solo Sikoa. Sami Zayn is an honorary member of the group and Paul Heyman serves as Reigns' special counsel.
Many wrestling fans know that it's not ketchup packets that a wrestler uses to bleed. It is real, bona fide blood that is seeping out of their cuts. Many say that blood is needless to use in the art of wrestling, as it poses great risks to the performers. As in other professional wrestling promotions, WWE shows are not legitimate contests but entertainment-based performance theater, featuring storyline-driven, scripted, and partially-choreographed matches; however, matches often include moves that can put performers at risk of injury, even death, if not performed ...

The 2022 version of WWE Extreme Rules featured six stipulation matches with only two titles on the line. Some of the stipulation matches on the card include a Strap Match, Fight Pit Match, Ladder Match and an Extreme Rules Match too. Extreme Rules is the third last WWE Premium Live Event (or pay-per-view) of the year.
The only place to watch Extreme Rules in the U.S. is with Peacock(opens in new tab). WWE Premium Live Events are in the $4.99 Peacock Premium tier; the $9.99 Peacock Premium Plus tier doesn't get you anything extra for this show. Peacock is now available on most of the best streaming devices.
Extreme Rules also features a number of stipulations atypical to WWE: an MMA-themed Fight Pit between (one-time UFC star) Matt Riddle and Seth Rollins, a strap match between Drew McIntyre and Karrion Kross, and an Irish-themed Donnybrook match, among others.
John: The “Extreme Rules Match” stipulation is another way of saying it's like a Street Fight or No Holds Barred Match with a different name. Normally in a WWE Street Fight the finish has to be in the ring, so it might be that way in this match.
Although roughly 99.9 percent of the things that have happened in professional wrestling over the years have been carefully scripted and planned for, spontaneity is bound to creep in every once in a while. In fact, some of the most memorable moments in WWE history were unscripted.

QUESTION [1] READ THE PASSAGE GIVEN  AND ANSWER THE QUESTIONS GIVEN BELOW

Cataract is the major cause of blindness, which is also caused by a damage to the cornea. It occurs more often in old age. As one starts growing old, the lens of the eye hardens, loses its transparency and becomes opaque. It obstructs the light rays from entering the eye.

The onset of cataract blurs the vision. Sometimes, the cataract patient sees multiple images instead of a single object image. Because of the gradual development of cataract, the afflicted person loses his/her vision and the world becomes dark to him/her.

The development of cataract is a complex process. However, the following factors can be attributed to its formation. Cataract generally develops in old age but sometimes, children are born with cataract because of hereditary defect. Eye injuries too, can cause cataracts.

People exposed to sun rays for longer periods develop cataract earlier than others. Researchers opine that the smoke inhaled while smoking carries substances internally damaging the eyes.

Ultraviolet radiation, invisible to the human eye, is linked to skin cancer. The victim loses vision and the world becomes dark to him.

ANSWER ANY FOUR

(a) What is the major cause of blindness?

(b) Why does the lens of the eye become opaque in old age ?

(C) How does cataract affect its victim ultimately ?

(d) How does one detect cataract in early stages ?

(e) Which type of cancer is caused by ultraviolet radiation ?

QUESTION 2 READ THE PASSAGE AND GIVE ANSWER [ANY FOUR]

. Frankness may be among the most overrated of virtues! And here’s why. Because unrestricted and unfiltered frankness is a recipe for breaking relationships, even the closest ones. Such frankness is understandable, acceptable and even ‘cute’ only in children under the age of five.. Thinking before one speaks and using restraint are hallmarks of growing maturity and preparation for life. Learning to put a filter between thought and spoken word (and, even more importantly, written word) is an important life skill. Think is a popular acronym for Trúe, Helpful, Inspiring, Necessary and Kind. This would do wonderfully well as a filter in our minds.

. It is good to speak what’s true, but only along with the other attributes in the acronym, particularly the last one, kindness. In the righteous glow of speaking what we see as the truth, we often forget to be kind. We blurt out ‘truths’ even when it is totally unhelpful and unnecessary to do so, let alone inspiring! Too often, such truth–telling is destructive rather than noble. Only those who do not care about the consequences can afford the luxury of ‘speaking their minds’ whenever and wherever they please. When relationships are at stake, it is essential to choose the time, place and words appropriately when imparting unpleasant truths. And even then, only when absolutely necessary and with the utmost kindness                 ANY FOUR].(a) How much of frankness is acceptable?                                                                                             [b] Which is Overrated virtue?                                                                                                                   [c] Where we have to put filters?                                                                                                               [d]  What we forget when we speak truth?                                                                                              [e] What are the things we should care while speaking unpleasant truth?

World Smile Day- Friday 7,october 2022 With Inspiration

Every year World Smile day is celebrated on the first Friday of October. This year it is being celebrated on October 7. American graphic artist Harvey Ball from Worcester, Massachusetts is the one who started this day.Smiling increases mood-enhancing hormones while decreasing stress-enhancing hormones, including cortisol, and adrenaline. It also reduces overall blood pressure. And because you typically smile when you're happy, the muscles used trigger your brain to produce more endorphins—the chemical that relieves pain and stress.

SMILE MEANS 1 : a facial expression in which the eyes brighten and the corners of the mouth curve slightly upward and which expresses especially amusement, pleasure, approval, or sometimes scorn. 2 : a pleasant or encouraging appearance.
Smiling not only offers a mood boost but helps our bodies release cortisol and endorphins that provide numerous health benefits, including:
  • [1 Reduced blood pressure.
  • [2]Increased endurance.
  • [3]Reduced pain.
  • [4] Reduced stress.
  • [5] Strengthened immune system.

  • The researchers found that smiling frequently may actually make people feel worse if they're sort of faking it — grinning even though they feel down. When people force themselves to smile because they hope to feel better or they do it just to hide their negative emotions, this strategy may backfire.

  • HOW TO OBSERVE #WorldSmileDay. On World Smile Day, people worldwide are encouraged to do an act of kindness and make one person smile. Each year the Harvey Ball World Smile Foundation holds special events on World Smile Day. The day is wildly popular in Worcester, MA, the birthplace of the yellow smiley face.

    The Power of Your Smile
    • [1] Your smile can elevate your mood. Feeling a little blue?
    • [2]It's the first thing people notice.
    • [3] There are 19 different types of smiles.
    • [4] You might be born with your smile.
    • [5] It makes you sound friendly.
    • [6]Smiling can help you live longer.
    • [7] It can lower your blood pressure.
    • [8] A smile can reduce pain.

    Click Chemistry [ Nobel Prize]

INTRODUCTION  The term "click chemistry" was coined by K. Barry Sharpless in 1998, and was first fully described by Sharpless, Hartmuth C. Kolb, and M.G. Finn of The Scripps Research Institute in 2001.

"Click Chemistry" is a term that was introduced by K. B. Sharpless in 2001 to describe reactions that are high yielding, wide in scope, create only byproducts that can be removed without chromatography, are stereospecific, simple to perform, and can be conducted in easily removable or benign solvent
The click reaction has proven to be very useful for modifying functional biomolecules because of its high chemoselectivity. Biologic oligomers and polymers, such as peptides, nucleic acids, and carbohydrates, have been modified by using the copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition click reaction.

The term "Click Chemistry" was introduced by Barry Sharpless and coworkers in 2001 to describe highly efficient and selective reactions that are mainly based on carbon-hetero bond formations. The term "Click" suggests that the molecules are as easily joined together as mechanical snap fasteners. Sharpless et al.
STOCKHOLM, Oct 5 (Reuters) - Scientists Carolyn Bertozzi, Morten Meldal and Barry Sharpless won the 2022 Nobel Prize in Chemistry on Wednesday for discovering reactions that let molecules snap together to create new compounds and that offer insight into cell biology.
    CLICK CHEMISTRY NOBEL PRIZE 2022
Click chemistry is not limited to biological conditions: the concept of a "click" reaction has been used in chemoproteomic, pharmacological, and various biomimetic applications. However, they have been made notably useful in the detection, localization and qualification of biomolecules.
The classic click reaction is the copper-catalyzed reaction of an azide with an alkyne to form a 5-membered heteroatom ring: a Cu(I)-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC).

CONCLUSION;Click chemistry is a technique that allows molecular building blocks to snap together quickly and efficiently, the Nobel Prize Organisation says on its website. It is used to develop pharmaceuticals, map DNA and create new materials.

    World Teacher's Day - 5 October 2022

UNESCO proclaimed 5 October to be World Teachers' Day in 1994, celebrating the great step made for teachers on 5 October 1966, when a special intergovernmental conference convened by UNESCO in Paris adopted the UNESCO/ILO Recommendation concerning the Status of Teachers, in cooperation with the ILO.

The theme for World Teachers' Day 2022 is “The transformation of education begins with teachers”. This is a day to celebrate the transformative and critical role that teachers play in growing learners' potential.

Teachers truly are the backbone of society. They are role models to children, offer guidance and dedication and give young people the power of education. Because of teachers, countries are able to further develop socially and economically.
    BLOGGING IN APRIL 2022

Lesson planning is a critical aspect of teaching that often happens days before a lesson is taught. Planning, developing and organizing instruction are some of the biggest duties of the Teachers
"Better than a thousand days of diligent study is one day with a great teacher." "Your heart is slightly larger than the average human heart, but that's because you're a teacher." "Teachers can change lives with the right mix of chalk and challenges." "Teaching is the greatest act of optimism."
A great teacher is warm, accessible, enthusiastic and caring. This person is approachable, not only to students, but to everyone on campus. This is the teacher to whom students know they can go with any problems or concerns or even to share a funny story.
