Enhanced External counter pulsation (English)
I met shri Tarun Banerjee and Shri prince Sharma experts of Cardiac Enhanced External counterpulsation during treatment of my wife suffering from paralysis and brain stroke in Akshya Heart hospital Bhopal. I was very impressed when I come to know by them that they treat Heart ailment without any surgeries. As this would help millions to recover without costly surgery of heart. (1)What is EECP:-Full form of EECP is Enhanced External counter pulsation. (1) What is EECP;-EECP is a process of increasing blood flow in blood vessels.By this homodynamic system is made to function properly. (2)How it works:;-When Heart is in state of rest then blood vessels of leg is given pressure with the help of specially designed machine. When heart vibrates then it does not feel pressure from leg,which in turn clean blood vessels of heart and new collateral is formed. (3)Advantages of EECP :-(a) It is a simple,cost effective, and less time consuming way of increasing blood flow without angioplasty or bypass surgery. (3)It is a non surgical way of treating heart disease, diabetes,and paralysis. (3)Angina is treated without bypass or angioplasty. (4)There is no side effects of this therapy is reported till now. Only good results are seen after this therapy. (5) It is treated with FDA and CE recognised machine. Dr Abdul kalam ,former president of India in his address in Mumbai on 25.02 2005 made pleasure for introducing non evasive means to treat cardiac ailments. He said "Technology for treating cardiovascular disease is slowly moving from very invasive to less invasive methods.In the seventees bypass surgery was the big news in the treatment of coronary artery disease. In the Eightees ,it was ballon angioplasty. In the ninetees ,it was the stent and now in the 20th century we move a step further to a totally non -evasive treatment with EECP.
